Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Metairie (New Orleans), LA

From the moment of check in to our departure, everyone was kind, friendly and professional. Don't be fooled by how the hotel looks on the outside, it is nice on the inside. The courtyard area is kept spectacularly clean, rooms are kept clean, and parking area is safe and well lit at night. The breakfast area is very inviting and offers a variety of foods that anyone would enjoy. Biscuits tasted freshly made! The location of this hotel in reference to the quarter is great! We were there for Mardi Gras and the hotel was quiet believe it or night. Will be coming back to this place again. I'd love to stay for Mardi Gras in 2024 but it seems rooms are already booked up.

property was clean, the front desk associate I checked in with and who assisted me multiple times was great! the cookies were great lol…overall good experience and not a far distance from everything we wanted to experience.

The location is close to the highway. We ubered to Bourbon Street for less than $20. Our bed was very comfortable. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Too bad it closed at 9 pm . All the gates and doors are locked at all times. We felt very safe staying at this hotel. The breakfast was good but kinda cold. Overall, it was a good experience.

Amanda was great! Somehow my reservation was under my first name and when I called to confirm she was very patient and figured out the problem and when we arrived she was well aware who I was. We liked hotel so much we reserved a room for our return 3 days later =. We were in for wedding in New Orleans where a block of rooms was for wedding- Amanda handled it and all other staff were awesome also.

the location was close to the things we wanted to do and easy to get back I I10. Our biggest concerns were parking lot security. We could not remove everything from our car so we were nervous about that. Fortunately, we didn’t have any problems.
