Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Metairie (New Orleans), LA

location was good, didn't want to stay in downtown or French Quarter due to noise, parking, crowds. Metairie is perfectly located about 6 miles from the FQ cannot comment on the free breakfast as we wanted to try local restaurants. there were plenty nearby to sample.

The rooms were clean and I like the fact that the maids only check in on your room every 3rd day. The staff was helpful. It was very quiet at night which was nice.

When I checked out this morning, the lady at the desk was just leisurely talking to a lady. She finally asked me how can I help you? I told her I was checking out room 359. She printed out my invoice and I said thank you. She ignored me and started back talking to the lady For a second time I said thank you then she acknowledged what I said. Her behavior was not friendly nor professional!

The room was very clean, quiet , and comfortable. Very spacious room. The outdoor living space was very nice and well thought out for relaxation and visiting with your company. Great location and parking was plentiful.

Hello, once i landed and checked in my hotel, the people were super friendly. The staff members were nice and helped me capture different memories by taking my pics when necessary, lol. Now, they do service hot breakfast (PORK ONLY), but the young lady was able to accommodate me and get some turkey products. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pool area was super nice and clean.
